Serving Troy, MI

Are you trying to decide which luxury crossover SUV you should purchase from Suburban INFINITI of Troy soon? While the first generation was released many years ago, the 2022 QX60 ushers in the model’s second generation. In the process, it brings bold updates from bumper to bumper that could influence your SUV selection. Are you ready to get to know more about the QX60 for 2020 and 2022?

You will be impressed by the capabilities of the QX60 regardless of the model year that you are sitting behind the wheel of. Both the 2020 and 2022 versions draw 295 horsepower from the same 3.5-liter V6 gas engine. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is available throughout the trim lines. In 2020, the engine is paired with the continuously variable transmission, and the duo can haul up to 5,000 pounds. The 2022 version is equipped with a nine-speed automatic transmission to give you a 6,000-pound towing capacity.

Across the exterior, the 2022 QX60 and the 2020 version have a similar design language, but the 2022 version has been updated. For 2020, the LED headlights have a pointed shape with a double-bulb design. The grille is slightly cinched in, and it has a diamond-like mesh pattern. The 2022 QX60 has straighter edges on the grille and a radiating-style mesh backing. The headlights have a trapezoidal quality with a segmented LED light bar running along the top. The 2022 version also adds a skid plate and has a restyled lower-front fascia.

For 2020 and 2022, the QX60 has three rows of seats in a spacious, leather-appointed cabin. The 2022 QX60 uniquely adds the full ProPilot Assist advanced safety features to the mix. The other features carry over from 2020 to 2022 on a trim-by-trim basis. Select or all trims could include keyless ignition, a heated steering wheel, a sunroof, USB ports, and more.

You can get a better feel for how these differences could impact your driving experience by taking the 2020 and 2022 QX60 SUVs out for a spin. To make test drive arrangements, contact our sales reps at Suburban INFINITI of Troy today.
